Chaffetz: King v Burwell Decision Does Not Change Law's Fundamental Weakness

Today Congressman Chaffetz released the following statement about the Supreme Court's decision in King v. Burwell:

"This decision, while disappointing, does not change the fundamental weaknesses with the law. I will continue to work with fellow Republicans to repeal and replace this egregious law. Given the recent failures of state exchanges in Oregon, Hawaii, and Vermont, significant concerns remain surrounding the billions of wasted taxpayer dollars. We will continue to expose the haste and lack of transparency on the part of the Administration in drafting and implementing Obamacare."
